It is based on the legitimate interest of Blue Wave Software to provide information about its activities, to allow interested persons to easily access it and to be able, if necessary, to have the elements allowing to contact it.

This site has been designed to minimize the collection of personal data or nominative information in the Principality of Monaco. Only the information that the user wishes to bring to the attention of Blue Wave Software through the contact form is processed by the company.

The data will then be kept according to their purpose (e.g. request for information, request for demonstration) for a period of 3 years after the last solicitation of the prospect, for the duration of the relationship if you are or if you become a customer or a Blue Wave Software partner. The letter must identify the identity of the requester, of the data subject, with his name, first name and address, the subject of the request, the elements that the person expects to receive in order to guide potential searches, even the purpose of the request. The letter must be accompanied by a black and white copy of a photo ID. This copy must be crossed out or include in watermark the name and first name of the applicant while remaining legible in order to guarantee the identity of the applicant in accordance with the recommendations of the CCIN.

Data relating to the exercise of these rights are recorded in processing intended for « Management of requests for access rights and data communication ». The information (identity and information communicated) is kept for 3 years taking into account the provisions of Article 13 of the Monegasque Code of Criminal Procedure. The proof of identity will be kept for the duration of the correlation with the requested information.
