PLANCILE® Prevention Plans & Security Protocols

You regularly involve External Companies on your sites (technical maintenance, cleaning, works, various services); you expose these personnel, as well as your teams and equipment, to various risks.
To prevent these risks, the Labour Code requires the Director of the User Company and the Director of the Establishment to :

• ensure the general coordination of risk prevention measures
• systematically develop relevant risk analysis documents: Prevention Plans for the provision of services and Safety Protocols for loading / unloading operations
• to communicate these elements to the Labour Inspectorate and to external companies.

As a user company and manager, in the event of a failure to prevent risks, you are liable to various penalties that the courts no longer hesitate to enforce.

PLANCILE® Declaration of Works makes it possible to prevent internally the execution of various works on the site by providing the following information:

• contact information for stakeholders and delivery managers
• places concerned by the intervention and persons to be prevented
• dates and times of intervention

The application offers a simple and intuitive approach to easily find reports already made.
A graphical representation of the duration of the various planned works is available at any time.

This program interfaces with the PLANCILE® Prevention Plans & Security Protocols module. When creating a declaration of work, the mandatory fields of the declaration form are then automatically filled in according to the prevention plan and the selected external company.
